Clean room, recently renovated bathroom. Great shower pressure. Modern kitchen appliances. Spacious rooms, separate area for kids. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed.

Nothing not to like.

The external appearance to the rooms had half wine barrel pots ALL with dead plants in them This was also the case leading into reception. The place looked unpleasant non cared for externally. The pots obviously never watered or cared for !!!

Very good quality and clean rooms

I was pleasantly surprised by the food in the onsite restaurant. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate special dietary needs, creating delicious options for a vegan diner. The attentive staff even ensured that notice was given for the vegan 

No hot water due to widespread gas problem. I realise it wasn't their fault but a small discount should have been offered to compensate for no hot shower.

Loved Loved Loved that it had a King Size bed. Not many Motels do in my experience. Was very neat and had all the things we needed for an over night stay, we were impressed that it even had a Toastie Machine. Was perfect for 

Perfect location, close to the beach and shopping center. Great customer service, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. 

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern rooms at Comfort Inn. The restaurant served fantastic meals and we could tell that the kitchen staff put a lot of effort into their dishes. The staff members were friendly 

Didn't have an are for trailer parking. We race speedway and had to leave our car and trailer on road off site. Could do with an area to park with lighting for security

Sliding door to the patio was very difficult to open and the smoke alarm cover was hanging with no battery in it.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The basic amenities were all there, such as tea/coffee/biscuits in the room and a pool with Foxtel channels. The staff were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Details: According 

Lovely room. Nicely updated. Very friendly courteous staff. Nice breakfast. Pool looked great but we didn't bring our bathers as we were only staying the one night.

There were 3 of us but we only had 2 towels. We could've asked for another but didn't. Slight oversight. Wouldn't judge them badly for it.

Staff Friendly, Moved us to another room on the other side so we next to relatives very helpful.

The hotel surprised us with its attention to detail, such as providing mints on the pillows. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were equipped with all necessary facilities, including a hand basin.
